Getting To Happy™ is a movement towards creating a happier society and community here in Singapore. Our founder, Shireena, created a box set of 31 cards to inspire you to live, think and be happier everyday. They were designed to motivate you through science-based activities, to increase your well being and to remember, happiness is within your control.

A Sneak Peak Into The Box Set

Starting something new can be daunting, which is why Shireena made these cards simple and easy to use, with a variety of activities to suit your lifestyle.

The cards are based around the Getting To Happy™ four pillars: Mindfulness, Positive Mindset, Prioritize You and Happy Community.

Mindfulness can make a huge difference with just five minutes of your day. The Positive Mindset area is all about training your brain to see the world differently and providing it with techniques to use in times of stress or anxiety. Prioritizing yourself is something we all neglect, but must try harder to do. And last, but not least, building a happy community through acts of kindness and understanding is one in which we will all thrive together. 

Kids Edition

Life as a child is not easy, and at Getting To Happy™ we want to celebrate being a child: to laugh and sing more, to appreciate nature and sunshine, to say sorry when we are wrong, and to love ourselves more. The 31 cards in our Getting To Happy™ Kids Edition are designed to develop positive mindsets, to inculcate gratitude, and understand that challenges always exist in life, but it’s how you pick yourself up that matters. 

Our kid’s set is designed to help children build resilience to deal with daily challenges and to develop healthy habits they can implement for life. With these activities and tips that can be done independently, or with a parent, we hope your child increases their level of well being and happiness.
